Manuel Rubey and Simon Schwarz, a pair of well-known Austrian stage and screen actors, share a two-hander comedy built around two friends with four left hands who try to open a fine-dining restaurant in the middle of nowhere. When the place goes up in flames, a local officer starts investigating and launches her own podcast, and the story tips into friendship, ambition and the impulse to wreck what you build. It runs about two hours with a 20-minute interval, staged in the Schauspielhaus in cooperation with the Münchner Lustspielhaus. A good pick if you like sharp, character-driven comic theatre in German.
