Triptych
Choreographer Lewis Major fuses contemporary dance and circus in a three-part study of light, gravity and the moving body.
Why go
Australian choreographer Lewis Major stages a triptych of short dance-circus works that push the body against light and gravity inside the Grand Chapiteau. The programme moves between solo and ensemble sequences, blending contemporary movement with aerial and acrobatic vocabulary. It runs 60 minutes without an interval across seven performances from 2 to 9 December. This is the middle strand of the winter festival's three-show circus season.
