clubzwei pres.: Sessa
São Paulo songwriter Sergio Sayeg brings his hazy Tropicália, blending 70s Brazilian pop with psychedelic soul and choral harmonies.

Why go
Sessa is the project of São Paulo's Sergio Sayeg, whose songs sit in the lineage of Brazilian Tropicália, folding samba, jazz and soul into gauzy, unhurried pop. Touring his album Pequena Vertigem de Amor, he pairs acoustic guitar and Afro-Brazilian percussion with soft interplay between his own voice and a female choir. Import Export is a small Kreativquartier venue, so this is an intimate room rather than a big stage. Doors 19:30, music from 20:00.
