Traditionsfest an den Schären

Prien opens the Bavarian summer holidays with music, traditional dance and hands-on games on the Schären beside the lake. Blaskapelle Prien starts at 14:30, followed by Prien’s Tracht children and music-school harp and strings, with the Zellbach Krainer playing from around 18:00. Bavarian food and drinks are available, and the festival is cancelled in very poor weather.
