Ursula Simon-Schuster begins with a talk in the theatre stalls, explaining François Cuvilliés’s rococo building and how its carved tiers survived the war before being reinstalled in 1958. The walk continues through the Residenz courtyards and ends in the Hofgarten. MVHS registration is required; the fee is €11 plus admission.
