This is a relaxed participatory dance session for anyone who wants to move, whether they dance often or are trying it for the first time. Andrea Marton, Ute Schmitt, Ralf Otto and other dancers guide the 90 minutes, using improvisation and DanceAbility approaches. It is free and welcomes friends, families, children and disabled and non-disabled participants.
