Prof Reinhard K. Straubinger, dean of the veterinary faculty at LMU Munich, looks at how growing heat affects pets and which countermeasures make sense. He frames it through the One Health approach, linking heat stress in animals, disease prevention and livestock welfare to wider climate protection. The talk is free with museum admission and takes place in the auditorium.
