Jazz Session & Swing Dance

Why go

Once a month the guitarist Titus Waldenfels hosts a loose, danceable jazz session in the old baggage hall of the Giesinger Bahnhof. A house bassist and drummer keep the groove while anyone can step up to play, sing or take a solo, and there is floor space to swing-dance rather than just sit and listen. Sessions run from 7pm to about 10pm, entry is free with donations passed to the musicians, and each night draws a rotating cast around Carolyn Breuer and friends. Come with an instrument or just come to dance.
