Peterchens Mondfahrt
A live-music retelling of the classic bedtime tale, scored for piano and strings with a singing narrator, aimed at young children.

Why go
A one-hour Sunday-morning family concert built around Gerdt von Bassewitz's beloved story of two children who ride a May beetle up through the stars to the moon. The Bergson Artists play Alexander Krampe's gentle score on piano, violin, viola and cello, with Maximilian Maier singing and narrating the adventure. It is pitched at children and the grown-ups who bring them, with doors from 10:30 and children under 14 admitted free. A soft, poetic introduction to live chamber music in the new Elektra Tonquartier hall.
