Lakecia Benjamin is one of the most talked-about voices in current jazz, folding funk, soul, R&B and hip-hop into her saxophone playing and performing with real physical drive. For this Munich date she brings a full quartet: Oscar Perez on piano, Elias Bailey on double bass and Quentin Baxter on drums. It is a seated, roughly 75-minute set in the Elektra Tonquartier hall at Bergson, an early evening show with doors from 18:00.
