Why go

A daytime-into-evening festival built around fermentation, run as a non-profit gathering where food and drink sit alongside music and talks. More than 20 producers show natural wines, kombucha, miso, specialty coffee and pickles, with hands-on workshops for anyone who wants to make their own. The music runs through the afternoon and evening with Kermesse live, plus Wired Kimchi, Kati Color, Miramoonlight, La Carovana Sound and Kurt & Kröte on the decks. Doors from 14:00, wrapping up around 22:00.
