Why go

Runners choose a 5 km loop with about 100 metres of climbing, a 10 km double lap with about 200 metres, or a 1.5 km route recommended for children aged 7–12. The course mixes Olympiapark stairs, hills and waterside paths, with a timed finish for the two adult distances. Race-pack collection opens at 14:00; the children’s run starts at 18:00, followed by the 5 km at 19:00 and 10 km at 20:00, and entry includes a shirt, medal, refreshments and digital certificate.
