Why go
An immersive audiovisual installation by Carlos Casas treating the Indonesian volcano Krakatoa as film subject, ecological threshold and living myth. It follows a young fisherman from sea to island using underwater, drone, thermal and microscopic imagery, ending in a flickering sequence evoking the Earth's core. Admission to the installation is free and it closes on 26 July 2026.
