Why go

Three distinct choreographic worlds share one bill: William Forsythe’s quicksilver Blake Works I, Emma Portner’s Megahertz and Maurice Béjart’s circular staging of Boléro. James Blake songs and Paddy McAloon’s 22-minute narrated composition lead into Ravel, played by the Bayerisches Staatsorchester under Patrick Lange. The official running order finishes around 21:15, and the performance is sold out.
