Visitors put on lab coats and safety glasses to test what is in everyday food. The workshop uses simple chemical reactions to investigate starch, protein and sugar, making food analysis tangible inside the chemistry visitor lab. It is included with admission; free workshop tickets are issued at the information desk until 30 minutes before the start.
