Producer Oscar Alford and percussionist Franklin Tejedor draw on the rhythmic traditions of San Basilio de Palenque and run them through acid synths and bass culture, moving between ritual intensity and dancefloor euphoria. Around the live set, residents of the chucuXchucu collective steer the night through tropical electronics, psychedelic rhythms and percussive club sounds.
