This BR-KLASSIK club concert centres on Katharina Pfeifer’s project band interpreting works from Terri Lyne Carrington’s New Standards collection of compositions by women. Pfeifer plays tenor saxophone with Nicole Klimas on piano, Susi Lotter on double bass and Korbinian Bauer on drums, joined by Carrington as special guest. The concert is listed as sold out and will be recorded for a later BR-KLASSIK broadcast and ARD Mediathek release.
