Brennan's septet was one of the most celebrated live acts of the past year, built around her album Breaking Stretch and its tightly woven mix of jazz, Latin rhythms and her classical background. Six virtuosic bandmates give the vibraphone-led arrangements the force of a live band rather than a studio project; Brennan herself has played with Mary Halvorson's Amaryllis Sextet and Sylvie Courvoisier. Reserved tickets are held at the box office until 30 minutes before the 20:30 start.
