Mercury
A devised theatre piece tracing the Queen frontman's Munich years, created by director Michał Borczuch with the ensemble.

Why go
Freddie Mercury lived in Munich from 1979 to 1985, recorded his first solo album here and left traces all over the city; this devised piece by director Michał Borczuch and the Residenztheater ensemble goes looking for them. The premiere production from April 2026 runs 105 minutes without an interval and is recommended for ages 16 and up. An introduction precedes this performance at 7.30pm. Advance tickets are sold out; any returns go on sale at the box office on the night.
